**The Town of Mamaroneck Town Clerk’s office has switched to a new Online Permitting System. You will be able to apply for Permits, Licenses, Parking Permits, Records and FOIL requests through the following online portal: OpenGov Permits **
You will need to setup an account with our software company, Viewpoint Cloud Permit Software (OpenGov) the first time you log in. Your account information will be stored to save time when preparing future permit applications.

Pursuant to Chapter 50 of the Mamaroneck Town Code, owners of premises equipped with an alarm device are required to obtain an Alarm User Permit and pay an annual permit fee.

The annual fees for 2023 are as follows:

Additionally, false alarm activations are charged when the Police Department responds, in each calendar year, as follows:
