Parking Lot Permits

**The Town of Mamaroneck Town Clerk’s office has switched to a new Online Permitting System. You will be able to apply for Permits, Licenses, Parking Permits, Records and FOIL requests through the following online portal: OpenGov Permits **

You will need to setup an account with our software company, Viewpoint Cloud Permit Software (OpenGov) the first time you log in.  Your account information will be stored to save time when preparing future permit applications.

The Town of Mamaroneck offers parking on the Manhattan-bound side of the Larchmont Train Station. The Town Clerk's Office issues resident-only parking permits for the Town's municipal parking lots annually, based on availability.

Lot A  - Town Commuter Parking

Located at Myrtle Boulevard and Vine Street, offers two types of Commuter Permits.

  • Daytime Permits 
    12 month permit valid through 12/31/2023 $900
  • Meter Permits 
    12 month permit valid through 12/31/2023 $110
    Must pay station payment of $.60 cents per hour required from 5 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Lot B, D & E - 24 Hour & Area Business Parking

Currently Lower Level SOLD OUT for 2023.


24 Hour Permits

 One vehicle per permit

  • Option 1: 12 month permit valid through 12/31/2023 $1,000
  • Option 2: 6 month permit valid through 6/30/2023 $517.50

Lot B is the lot and deck situated at Myrtle Boulevard and North Chatsworth Avenue. Lot D are the six parking spaces situated off of Myrtle Boulevard, near Madison Avenue. Lot E are the six numbered spaces at the very beginning of Vine Street.

Area Business 

One vehicle per permit, 12 month permit valid through 12/31/2023 $700  Please apply online with our Parking Portal. To apply hard-copy, please download and complete the Area Business Application (PDF) 


Lot C -  Overnight Parking

Permits for 2023 are now available. Please apply online with our Parking Portal. Lot C is situated at Myrtle Boulevard and Madison Avenue and is shared with the occupants of 178 Myrtle Boulevard. 

One vehicle per permit, valid weekdays 7:30 p.m to 7:30 a.m. and 24 hours from Friday 7:30 p.m to Monday 7:30 a.m. 12 month permit valid through 12/31/2023.

  • Resident $450
  • Non-Resident $550
