Learn to Skate Program The Hommocks Park Ice Rink offers Learn to Skate classes that are designed to teach the fundamentals of skating in a fun environment. The Hommocks Skating School is now offering The Learn to Skate, USA classes. This (LTS) program that is based on consistent and well-defined levels of achievement that have proven to guide a skater from basic beginner maneuvers through significantly more advanced and even competitive skill sets.
