1. Where can I find information on Recreation programs offered?

2. What are the Office Hours?

Office Hours: Weekdays - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Summer Hours:  Memorial Day through Labor Day,  Weekdays - 8:30 - 4:00pm. 

3. How do I know if I am a "Resident"?

Residency is determined by which municipality you pay your taxes to. If you reside in either the Unincorporated Town of Mamaroneck, Village of Larchmont or Village of Mamaroneck (excluding the Rye Neck section) you are considered a Resident.

4. How do I create an online account to register for program/memberships?

Please click on the link to our online Recreation site at https://web1.myvscloud.com/wbwsc/nymamaroneckwt.wsc/splash.html.  Once you create an account, your account must be activated by the Recreation Department.  

If you are a resident, you must provide two proofs of residency for your account to be activated. Please send the proofs of residency to recreationdept@townofmamaroneckny.org.

5. How do I obtain a membership?

First time memberships can be purchased in person at our Recreation Office.  Residents will need to bring two proofs of residency with them at the time of registration. If it is a family membership, all members must come in for a photo ID card.  Family members do not have to come in at the same time, although they are required to have the membership ID card before visiting the facility they received a membership for.

6. What is considered proof of residency?

Two official current items with your name and address on them.  Acceptable proofs of residency are, a valid government issued photo ID such as; a driver's license, and either a current utility bill, rent receipt, lease, or check with an address imprinted.  

Please note, library cards, previous years membership ID cards, and tax bills cannot be used as proof of residency.

7. Can nonresidents register for programs and memberships?

YES, nonresidents are welcome to register for programs, and all memberships except for Tennis Memberships.

8. Can I register in person?

YES, you can come into our Recreation Department during business hours.

11. Can I receive a refund after registering for a program or membership?

12. Can fees be prorated?

No, prorating is not allowed on any program or membersip.

13. What are the credit card convenience fees for online registrations?

All online transactions will be charged a non-refundable convenience fee. A 2.75% convenience fee is applied for MasterCard, Visa, Discover and debit cards.

A 3.00% convenience fee is applied for American Express.
