1. How do I obtain a copy of a birth, marriage, or death record?

Birth certificates, marriage certificates, and death records are considered "Vital Records" and are the responsibility of the Town Clerk. To request a copy of a vital record, you must file an official request, providing proof of identification and payment.

Please note that vital records will only be issued to the appropriate individual and/or lawful representation. The Town Clerk's office cannot confirm vital records over the phone, or accept requests by fax.

2. How do I know when Town Center is open?

Town Center is open on Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Summer Hours Memorial Day - Labor Day: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

3. Does my dog need a license?

Yes, New York Law states all dogs need to be licensed.
